Senior Webflow Developer (Figma to Webflow) | Long-Term Collaboration & Ongoing Projects

We are looking for a high-level Webflow developer for a long-term collaboration. We have many ongoing website projects and are looking for someone we can work with consistently over the long term. At the beginning, we will most likely start with smaller test projects to evaluate fit, communication, speed, and quality. If things go well, this can quickly turn into a long-term and regular collaboration with continuous projects. Important: Project types / niches The projects are mainly in these niches, so please send references especially from these industries if possible: - Consulting - Real Estate - AI / Tech / KI - Construction - Marketing - SaaS - Service Providers / Local Businesses - Videography / Photography / Creative Services You can also send references from other niches too — but the most relevant ones should come first. Very important for reference quality We strongly prefer references where: - the website represents a real business / company / service provider - real people are visible on the website (founders, teams, staff, clients, etc.) - the project is not only a template - the build feels premium, trustworthy, and professional We are less interested in: - abstract concept websites - pure UI showcases without real implementation - dashboard-heavy projects - mobile app builds HOW TO APPLY (VERY IMPORTANT) We only want serious applicants who can follow instructions carefully.
