Senior Webflow Developer Needed for Fast-Paced Website Build (Figma to Webflow)

Project Overview I’m looking for a highly experienced Webflow developer to help complete an existing website project that is already underway. The design work is largely complete in Figma, and I need someone who can move quickly while maintaining a clean, scalable, and well-structured Webflow build. This is not a basic page-builder project. I’m looking for someone who understands web architecture, reusable systems, and how to build websites that can efficiently scale over time. What You’ll Be Doing * Build pages from existing Figma designs * Create responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile * Implement subtle interactions and animations * Maintain consistency across all pages and components * Develop reusable sections and component-based structures for efficient page creation * Ensure the build is clean, organized, and easy for future developers or marketers to maintain * Follow established design systems and styling conventions What I’m Looking For Required Experience * Expert-level Webflow development experience * Strong understanding of Client-First, Lumos, MAST, or similar scalable framework methodologies * Experience building design systems and reusable component libraries * Ability to rapidly translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow pages * Strong understanding of responsive design best practices * Experience implementing interactions without overengineering * Excellent attention to spacing, typography, styling consistency, and overall site quality Nice to Have * Custom code experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) * GSAP or advanced animation experience * CMS architecture experience * Experience working alongside designers and creative directors What Success Looks Like I’m not simply looking for someone to build pages.
