Senior Webflow Developer / Webflow Implementation Expert for Ongoing Website Support

We are looking for a highly experienced Webflow developer and implementation expert to become a consistent freelance partner for our marketing team. This is not a one-off task. We are looking for someone we can rely on for ongoing Webflow support, site improvements, new builds, technical troubleshooting, and implementation of more complex Webflow functionality over time. Our website is built in Webflow and includes a variety of CMS-driven pages, reusable components, custom content modules, structured templates, and dynamic areas of the site. We need someone who is deeply fluent in Webflow and can help us improve, maintain, and expand the site in a clean, scalable way. The ideal freelancer is not just a visual Webflow builder. We need someone who understands how to use Webflow’s native capabilities to build more advanced website systems, including CMS collections, dynamic templates, filtering and tagging structures, reusable components, conditional visibility, custom interactions, content-driven widgets, and scalable class architecture. Development skills such as JavaScript, custom code, integrations, and troubleshooting are a strong plus, but the most important requirement is advanced Webflow expertise and strong implementation judgment. **Responsibilities may include:** * Support ongoing Webflow development, implementation, troubleshooting, and site improvements * Build, maintain, and refine CMS-driven sections, dynamic templates, content modules, filters, tagged content displays, and reusable components * Support multilingual and localization-related Webflow implementations, including setup, content structure, QA, troubleshooting, and launch support * Improve Webflow site architecture, including classes, components, naming conventions, responsive behavior, and maintainability * Support new website sections, site-wide design updates, and QA across desktop, tablet, and mobile * Add or modify custom code where needed, including JavaScript or other Webflow-compatible enhancements * Communicate clearly with marketing, design, and internal stakeholders about timelines, tradeoffs, risks, blockers, and implementation options Required qualifications: * Advanced Webflow experience with a strong portfolio of live, business-critical Webflow sites * Experience working on complex, CMS-driven Webflow websites with collections, templates, filtering/tagging logic, and dynamic content structures * Experience supporting multilingual or localization-related Webflow implementations, including CMS structure, page/template setup, QA, and launch readiness * Strong understanding of scalable Webflow architecture, including class structure, reusable components, responsive design, and maintainable page structures * Ability to build Webflow-native systems that are easy for non-technical marketing teams to manage * Ability to work cleanly within an existing Webflow build and improve structure without creating unnecessary complexity * Excellent communication, responsiveness, attention to detail, and project management habits * Comfortable working with professional teams and explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders Nice to have: * JavaScript and custom code experience * Experience with Webflow Enterprise sites * Experience with multilingual, multi-region, or localization-related Webflow implementations * Experience supporting site-wide design system updates in Webflow * SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization experience * Experience with integrations, analytics, forms, HubSpot, or marketing technology tools What we are looking for in a working relationship: We need someone who is reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and easy to communicate with.
