Senior Webflow Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to support ongoing client projects for a fast-paced creative agency. You’ll work closely with our PMs, designers, and strategists to build high-quality marketing websites, landing pages, and CMS-driven experiences inside Webflow. What we’re looking for: - Strong experience with Webflow development - Ability to build pixel-perfect responsive websites from Figma - Strong understanding of CMS collections, interactions, animations, and component systems - Experience with custom code integrations (HTML/CSS/JS) - Good communication and reliability - Ability to work independently and move fast without constant supervision - Understanding of performance, SEO, and clean structure - Experience collaborating with agencies is a big plus Requirements: - Senior-level Webflow experience - Fluent English - Based in Europe or LATAM - Available for ongoing freelance collaboration Bonus points: - GSAP / advanced animations - Technical SEO knowledge - Client-facing communication skills - Experience with Shopify or Framer To apply, please send: - Portfolio with 3–5 relevant Webflow projects - Your hourly rate for long term engagement, not freelancer engagement - Your location/timezone - Short intro about your experience - Your weekly availability We care a lot about: - Communication - Ownership - Attention to detail - Reliability under deadlines This is not a beginner role.
