By creating opportunities for participants to showcase initiative, problem-solving, leadership, and execution, our program aims to help bridge the gap between untapped talent and organizations seeking more effective ways to identify and develop future talent. We are looking for an experienced designer/developer to create a premium website experience consisting of: - 1 long-form landing page (primary page) - 4 supporting short-form pages - Insights & Research section setup - Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile - Development within WordPress + Elementor - Hosting environment: Hostinger This is not a generic website project. We are building a sports-related platform focused on leadership development, talent development, workforce readiness, performance, and real-world capability development. Scope of Work Primary Landing Page Design and develop one premium long-form landing page that clearly communicates our mission, value proposition, and user journey. The page will include but not limited to content such as: - Hero section - Problem/opportunity section - Solution overview - How it works - Benefits and outcomes - Social proof and credibility sections - Insights & Research preview section - Frequently Asked Questions - Multiple call-to-action sections - Footer The landing page should guide visitors through a compelling narrative while maintaining strong visual hierarchy and conversion-focused design principles. Supporting Pages Design and develop three supporting pages that maintain the same visual identity and design system as the primary landing page. Examples may include: - About - Program / Experience Overview - Contact / Get Started Final page structure and content will be provided during the project. Insights & Research Section The website will include an Insights & Research section that serves as a thought leadership hub.
