Senior Website Designer Needed for Ongoing Website Design Projects

We are looking for an experienced website designer to work with our team on an ongoing basis. We already have developers and are separately hiring a UX/UI specialist. What we need is a talented designer who can take ideas, requirements, and user flow recommendations and turn them into professional, modern, and visually appealing website designs. This is not a coding role. We are specifically looking for a designer with strong experience designing websites in Figma or similar tools who understands modern web design standards and can create layouts that look professional, trustworthy, and conversion-focused. Our website is constantly evolving, and we regularly introduce new pages, features, services, and improvements. We therefore need someone who can become familiar with our brand and work with us on an ongoing basis whenever new design work is required. The ideal candidate has experience designing corporate websites, service-based business websites, SaaS platforms, or other professional online businesses. We are not looking for flashy designs that win design awards but confuse users. We are looking for clean, modern, practical designs that inspire confidence and help users find what they need quickly. You will often be working alongside our UX/UI specialist. In many cases, the UX specialist will help define the user journey and flow, while you will be responsible for turning those ideas into polished and professional designs that are ready for development. This is intended to be a long-term working relationship rather than a one-off project, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and communicating clearly throughout the design process.
