Overview You’ll be converting high-fidelity Figma designs into production-ready WordPress pages using Elementor. This is a fast-paced 30-day sprint where speed and precision are equally important. The goal is to create pages that accurately reflect the approved designs while maintaining clean structure, responsiveness, and strong performance. Core Deliverables Take approved Figma templates and build them in WordPress using Elementor Pro. Create pixel-accurate implementations that closely match the original designs. Ensure pages are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Maintain consistent spacing, typography, colors, button styles, imagery, and component behavior throughout the site. Implement hover states, animations, interactions, and other visual details shown in the designs. Optimize pages for performance, usability, and maintainability. Deliver QA-ready pages with minimal revision requirements and zero design drift from the approved Figma files. Use Elementor best practices, including reusable templates, global styles, and organized page structures. Must-Haves Senior-level expertise with WordPress and Elementor Pro. Strong portfolio demonstrating successful Figma-to-WordPress conversions. Deep understanding of responsive development and mobile-first design principles. Advanced CSS knowledge and the ability to solve design challenges beyond Elementor's default capabilities. Exceptional attention to detail. We will be reviewing alignment, spacing, typography, color accuracy, responsiveness, and overall design fidelity. Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
