We are looking for an exceptional YouTube Editor who understands storytelling, audience psychology, retention, and channel growth—not someone who simply cuts clips together. We want someone who sees a rough edit and immediately knows how to make it more entertaining, emotional, informative, or engaging. This role is about building channels that generate hundreds of thousands—and eventually millions—of views.
