Senior eBay Growth Manager (AI & Automation) – Remote – Long-Term Collaboration

About Us We are a German manufacturer in the garden industry and have been selling on eBay since 2002. Over the years, we have sold more than 48,600 items and received approximately 6,900 positive feedback ratings. We are not looking for a virtual assistant or someone who only manages listings. We are looking for an experienced eBay Growth Manager who can analyze, optimize and develop our eBay business into a major growth channel. We strongly believe in using AI and automation wherever possible. Initial Project 1. Analyze our eBay account for the last three years The first task is to conduct a detailed analysis of our eBay business, including: Revenue trends Sales performance Impressions Click-through rate Conversion rate Promoted Listings performance Best-selling products Categories Seasonal patterns Competitors Growth opportunities Weaknesses Deliverable: A structured report including: Key findings Identified issues Quick wins Mid-term actions Long-term growth opportunities 2. Optimize our Top 100 products Most of our revenue comes from a relatively small number of products. We expect a complete optimization of our top-performing products, including: Titles Item specifics Categories Variations Images Descriptions Keywords Promoted Listings Goals: Increase revenue Improve visibility Increase conversion rate Improve profitability 3. Dashboard and Reporting We expect a dashboard that automatically updates daily or at least weekly. In addition, we want an automated email report with the most important KPIs. The dashboard should include: Revenue Last 7 days Last 30 days Year-to-date Year-over-year comparison Sales Units sold Average order value Top products Top categories Visibility Impressions Clicks CTR Conversion rate Advertising Promoted Listings spend Advertising revenue Advertising cost ratio Trends Last 12 months Three-year comparison Tools may include: Power BI Looker Studio Tableau Google Sheets Custom solutions AI and Automation The use of AI and automation is highly encouraged. We expect you to actively identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve decision-making. Examples include: Automated reports Trend analysis Early warning systems AI-powered listing optimization Competitor analysis Keyword research Promoted Listings optimization API integrations n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools International Expansion After optimizing the German account, we want to evaluate and potentially expand into: eBay France eBay Italy eBay Spain Experience with international eBay marketplaces is a plus. Requirements Please apply only if you: Have at least 3 years of professional eBay experience Managed larger eBay accounts Have experience with Promoted Listings Are data-driven Actively use AI tools Understand automation Can demonstrate measurable results Can provide case studies or references Please answer the following questions Which eBay accounts or brands have you managed? We are looking for a long-term partner who sees eBay as a growth channel and leverages AI and automation to build sustainable growth.
