Senior eLearning Development Team Required – Aviation Industry Project (9–12 Months)

We are seeking an experienced eLearning development team (or a highly experienced freelancer with an established team) to support a large-scale aviation industry project. This is a 9–12 month engagement with the potential for future long-term collaboration. Project Overview The project consists of developing approximately 35 hours of high-quality interactive eLearning content for the aviation sector. The solution will include: Interactive eLearning courses Professional instructional design Rich multimedia Interactive scenarios Assessments Professional voiceovers AI-assisted learning components 360° interactive content Virtual Reality (VR) learning experiences The selected team should be capable of delivering the project from A to Z, including all design, development, testing, and final source files. Required Expertise The team should have proven experience in: Articulate Storyline 360 (Expert) Instructional Design Storyboarding SCORM 1.2 / SCORM 2004 Interactive eLearning Development 2D Graphics & Infographics 3D Modeling & Animation Motion Graphics Professional Video Editing AI-assisted Content Production AI Voiceover Integration Interactive Assessments LMS Compatibility & SCORM Testing 360° Interactive Images / Image Rotation VR Learning Development UI / UX Design for Learning VR Requirement Approximately 10 hours of the overall project will consist of Virtual Reality (VR) learning experiences. The VR component is expected to include immersive training environments where learners can interact with realistic aviation scenarios, equipment, operational procedures, and safety situations. Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable: Unity Unreal Engine Meta Quest Interactive 3D environments VR simulations Interactive training scenarios Performance-based learning activities If your team has previous VR training projects, please include them in your proposal. Scope of Work The selected team will participate in: Instructional Design Content Analysis Storyboard Development Graphic Design 2D & 3D Asset Creation Motion Graphics Video Production Professional Voiceover Integration Articulate Storyline Development Interactive Scenarios Assessments SCORM Packaging LMS Testing Quality Assurance Documentation Delivery of all Source Files Required Qualifications Please apply only if you: Have extensive experience with Articulate Storyline. Have completed multiple large eLearning projects. Have a dedicated multidisciplinary team. Can commit for approximately 9–12 months. Can consistently meet project milestones. Are comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining high quality. Arabic-speaking freelancers or teams are strongly preferred, as part of the project will involve Arabic-language content and close collaboration with an Arabic-speaking project team.
