Senior iGaming Risk Management Analyst – Roulette RTP & Exposure Testing

Job Description We are seeking an experienced iGaming Risk Management Analyst or Gaming Mathematician to independently review and test the risk management system of a roulette game platform. This is not a standard QA testing role. We require someone with proven experience in casino game mathematics, RTP validation, statistical analysis, and operator risk management. The objective is to verify that the game operates within acceptable financial risk while maintaining the intended RTP and player experience. Responsibilities Review the roulette game logic and payout structure. Validate RTP through large-scale simulations. Analyze hit frequency and game volatility. Test maximum payout exposure and operator liability. Verify bet limits and exposure controls. Identify scenarios that could create excessive financial risk. Review risk management algorithms and recommend improvements. Produce a comprehensive report with findings and recommendations. Required Experience 5+ years in iGaming or casino game development. Strong understanding of roulette mathematics and probability. Experience with RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and payout analysis. Knowledge of operator risk management and liability control. Experience testing RNG-based casino games. Ability to provide statistical analysis and technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with online casino operators or game providers. Experience preparing games for independent certification or regulatory review.
