Senior n8n + Retell AI Developer for Intelligent Incident Intake & Location Matching System

### Overview We are seeking an experienced n8n and Retell AI developer to build an intelligent incident intake and dispatch workflow for a nationwide security company with 4,000+ employees and 50+ offices. The system currently uses Retell AI to collect incident reports from security officers and clients. We need a developer who can build a robust location and employee matching system that can handle incomplete, inaccurate, or misspelled information provided by callers. This is not a simple chatbot project. We need someone experienced with workflow automation, APIs, data matching, scoring algorithms, and production-grade voice AI systems. ### Current Environment * Retell AI * n8n Cloud * Custom HRIS * NetSuite * Google Sheets / Databases * Webhooks & APIs ### Project Scope Build a lookup and matching service that allows Retell AI to identify locations and employees even when callers provide: * Partial location names * Incorrect store numbers * Incomplete addresses * Misspelled site names * Incorrect employee names * Missing location IDs Examples: Caller says: * "Kroger 42" * "The Main Street store" * "Ralphs in Riverside" * "Jose from the LA location" The system should intelligently determine the most likely match and guide the caller through confirmation. ### Deliverables #### Phase 1 – Site Lookup Engine Build an n8n workflow that: * Receives webhook requests from Retell AI * Searches a site directory database * Scores potential matches * Returns: * Confident Match * Possible Matches * No Match The system should support matching against: * Customer Name * Site Name * Location ID * Store Number * Address * City * State #### Phase 2 – Employee Lookup Engine Build matching logic that supports: * Employee Name * Employee ID * Phone Number * Site Assignment The system should associate employees with their assigned locations when possible. #### Phase 3 – Retell AI Integration Configure Retell custom functions to: * Call lookup workflows * Handle responses * Confirm matches with callers * Retry intelligently when confidence is low #### Phase 4 – Confidence Scoring Implement a weighted scoring system that: * Scores candidate matches * Supports fuzzy matching * Supports partial matches * Prevents false positives * Returns confidence levels ### Required Skills * n8n * Retell AI * REST APIs * Webhooks * JavaScript * Data Matching Algorithms * Fuzzy Search Techniques * Workflow Automation ### Nice to Have * Security industry experience * Dispatch systems * Incident management systems * NetSuite integrations * AI voice systems ### To Apply Please include: 1.
