Senior n8n Systems Architect: Build a 10-Position Market Domination Engine (Internal System)

Looking for a senior systems architect and n8n expert to build the technical engine of my proprietary 10-Position Domination Framework inside my own n8n environment. The end goal is a fully automated, standalone workflow system that I can use to execute and manage this methodology for home services contractors (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.). This is a strict build-and-implement role, not a consulting gig. All logic must run natively within my n8n instance. Technical Requirements Core AI Agent (The System Supervisor): Build a central agentic workflow that ingests my 10-position framework and delivers highly contextual, actionable outputs based on specific contractor data. Persistent Memory & RAG: Engineer a robust vector database and retrieval system connected to my instance. The agent must maintain state, remembering client history, past interactions, and framework status across multiple sessions. State Management & Progression Tracking: Code the logic inside n8n to track clients through each stage of the 10 positions, ensuring the system always knows the next deployment step. Data Isolation & Workspace Structuring: Organize the workflows within my n8n instance so that individual contractor data remains strictly siloed, organized, and secure. Trigger-Based Automation: Build proactive retention and engagement workflows (e.g., automated alerts if a specific market position hasn't been updated or maintained in 7 days). API & Tool Infrastructure: Wire the n8n workflows to external data sources, CRMs, and webhooks to automate data ingestion and execution. Deliverables System Blueprint: Detailed technical flowchart of the workflow architecture inside my n8n instance. Production-Ready Workflows: Fully functional, deeply documented n8n workflows optimized for my immediate use. Error Handling & Logging: Robust, automated error-catching and alerting logic to prevent breaks in the system. Requirements n8n Mastery: Advanced JSON parsing, custom HTTP requests, sub-workflows, and complex data manipulation. Agentic Orchestration: Proven experience building autonomous workflows that use external tools, database lookups, and code nodes. Database Proficiency: Deep experience with Supabase, Pinecone, or PostgreSQL for long-term memory and RAG. Project Terms This is a fixed-price contract of $100 for the foundational build phase.
