German B2+ required. We are building an AI first insurance for german market with a particularly alrge focus on automated AI Agent testing. The scope spans Web chat, Email and Voice AI agents. Most code is in typescript and terraform but no prior experience is requried claude knows the syntax you know how to design systems. We work Claude Code first and expect the same from you. Time is spent on reviwing outomces , functional quality control is everything. (If you delier at the same speed with opencode, codex or cursor thats also fine). AI Native to us means that you are spending time figuring out how to make our AI agent army code more efficeintly. You regularly try out new skill packs and mcp servers. AI Native also means that you have a deep understanding of all the things that can go wrong and you have a process to eliminate bad AI hallucinations and bugs. The best developers are now part product manager and part project manager of their own army of AI coding agents, and their job is making sure those agents actually deliver what the business truly needs, not just what someone wrote in a ticket. In that world, the bottleneck on an engineering team isn't the speed of producing correct code; it's the speed of understanding the business and communicating clearly. German language skills are required. While our team works in English you may be in a meeting with people that want to speak german and they hold the keys to understanding the requirements.
