Senior video editor — paid critique + interview, AI-generated brand video research ($150 total)

Summary: We're a research team studying how professional editors evaluate AI-generated cinematic brand video. We're hiring senior editors to critique 14 short videos (15 seconds each) across two milestones, followed by a short interview to walk through their answers with us. Three milestones, $50 each ($150 total per editor): M1: Critique 7 videos ($50, ~45–60 min) - Open a personalized link, watch each clip, and answer 4 free-text questions per video. The form auto-saves; you can pause and resume. The four questions are: 1. What editing choices work well? 2. What feels weak, ineffective, or missing? 3. How would you edit this differently? 4. (Optional) Any non-editing comments about the advertisement M2: Critique another 7 videos ($50, ~45–60 min) - Same flow as M1, different videos. M3: Interview ($50, 30–60 min, scheduled call) - We've found that written critique alone can be hard to interpret. In the interview we'll walk through several of your responses with the videos on screen so we can clarify what you meant. No prep required Timeline: M1 due within 5 days of being hired. M2 due within 5 days of completing M1. M3 (interview) scheduled within 7 days of completing M2. Required: - 5+ years editing professional brand / commercial / social video - Comfort writing in English about craft (timestamps, terminology) - Willing to share editing reel or 2–3 sample projects in proposal Not required: - AI / generative video experience
