Serbian Recruitment Partner / Local Recruitment Coordinator

We are a UK-based recruitment company specializing in recruitment, employment assistance, job placements, and e-staffing solutions. As part of our international expansion, we are currently looking for a Serbian citizen based in Serbia to work with us as a Local Recruitment Partner / Recruitment Coordinator. Recruitment Sectors We are particularly interested in genuine vacancies for: Warehouse Workers Agriculture Workers Cleaners Housekeeping Staff Delivery Drivers Construction Workers Butchers We are also open to other sectors where Serbian employers have a genuine demand for workers from third countries. Role Responsibilities Your main responsibility will be to identify genuine job vacancies and employment opportunities with Serbian companies for qualified workers coming from third countries. Your duties will include: Finding suitable job vacancies with Serbian employers. Contacting employers and understanding their recruitment requirements. Building and maintaining relationships with local companies. Identifying employers who are open to hiring workers from third countries. Introducing suitable overseas candidates to Serbian employers. Coordinating communication between our company, candidates, and employers. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate should: Be a Serbian citizen currently based in Serbia. Have good knowledge of the Serbian employment and recruitment market. Have existing contacts or relationships with Serbian employers. Have experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, business development, or employer relations. Have strong communication and negotiation skills. Be able to independently identify and approach potential employers. Be reliable, professional, and interested in a long-term partnership. Experience working with employers in warehousing, agriculture, cleaning, hospitality, logistics, transportation, construction, food processing, or related sectors would be highly desirable. Compensation You will receive an agreed success fee for each successful candidate placement, job placement, or approved recruitment application, with the exact fee and payment terms agreed in advance.
