Series of AI-videos with two assistance dogs talking about their lives (Veo)

AI Video Producer for Character-Driven Assistance Dog Storytelling Project Overview We (Pfotenpiloten/Assistance Dog Foundation) are seeking an expert AI video producer for a project-based contract to create a series of short, engaging videos featuring two assistance dogs as the central characters. This will be a substantial amount of work, being developed in clusters. We will start with a short sequence and then roll out programs for different contexts. In total, it will likely be around 30-50 videos of 1-2 minutes in length. We are looking for a very realistic look, with assistance dog that look alive, with detailed expressions. The videos should be informative, cute, emotionally warm, funny and educational, without being "kitsch" or tacky. The videos will be showing the dogs’ life experiences in a way that is accessible to a broad audience. The ideal creator understands character-driven storytelling, synthetic media production, and how to make animal characters feel expressive without becoming gimmicky. You will be provided with VEO and ElevenLabs licenses for video generation, voice production, and related workflows. This is not a permanent or long-term role. It is a defined creative production project with clear deliverables, review rounds, and a finished video series as the outcome. Requirements * Strong portfolio of AI-generated or AI-assisted video work, ideally including talking animals or expressive animal characters. * Demonstrated ability to create character-driven stories with emotional clarity, charm, and educational value. * Experience using synthetic media tools, preferably including VEO, ElevenLabs, or comparable AI video and voice platforms. * Strong storyboard skills, including scene planning, pacing, character beats, and visual continuity. If this is not your forte, we can pull in an additional expert. * Advanced video editing skills, including the use of varied camera angles, close-ups, reaction shots, movement, timing, transitions, and sound design. * Ability to create videos that are cute and engaging while still expressing quality and authority, respecting the subject matter of assistance dogs, as a means for people with disabilities to live more autonomous lives. * Good understanding of short-form video formats for web, social media, and educational outreach. * Ability to work from a brief, propose visual concepts, and refine videos based on feedback. * Professional communication, reliable delivery, and clear file organization. * Very attentive and detail oriented. * Sensitivity to disability-related topics and willingness to follow project guidance carefully.
