Server Replication across a VPN

Summary

Looking for someone with experience with Windows Servers and AD replication. Servers are located in remote locations and communicate with a VPN. The replication process is currently failing and we need assistance in figuring out why and how to fix it. Looking for someone to work with an in house technician to guide and troubleshoot the process. DFSR Issues. SYSVOL and NETLOGON not replicating.
