We are looking for an experienced Server-Side GTM and Analytics Architect to help design a scalable tracking infrastructure for a franchise organization with 150+ websites. This is NOT a simple GA4 implementation project. We need strategic advice and architecture recommendations for a future-proof analytics setup that can support: * 150+ franchise websites * WordPress Multisite and standalone sites * GA4 * Google Ads * Meta Conversion API * Centralized reporting * Future growth Key questions we need answered: * Self-hosted Server-Side GTM or Stape? * VPS, Docker, Google Cloud Run, AWS or another solution? * One central container or multiple containers? * Estimated monthly infrastructure costs? * Best architecture for scalability, maintenance and performance?
