We are seeking a reliable and organized Service Assistant to support service operations, scheduling, and service delivery coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and can assist service managers in tracking tasks and coordinating updates with field teams. This role plays an important part in ensuring service operations run smoothly and that service data and reports are accurate and up to date. Responsibilities: Assist service managers with task tracking and follow-ups Coordinate and communicate field service updates Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation Support scheduling and service coordination activities Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely updates Skills & Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear communication and coordination abilities Experience in administrative, service, or operations support Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and reliability
