We are seeking a reliable and organized Service Coordinator to manage service schedules, coordinate field teams, and handle customer service requests. The ideal candidate has strong scheduling skills, communicates effectively with both customers and field staff, and ensures service operations run smoothly. This role plays a key part in maintaining service efficiency, tracking outcomes, and supporting day-to-day service administration. Responsibilities: Manage calendars, service schedules, and service orders Coordinate and communicate with field staff regarding assignments and updates Handle customer inquiries and service-related requests Track service results, completion status, and follow-ups Maintain accurate service records and documentation Support day-to-day service coordination activities Skills & Qualifications: Strong scheduling and coordination skills Customer service and communication experience Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Experience working in service administration or coordination roles Familiarity with CRM or service management systems is a plus
