Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager (Bilingual – Spanish/English) to supervise service delivery teams and ensure consistently high service quality. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding service staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring service expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Responsibilities: Oversee daily service operations and team performance Train, coach, and support service staff Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to service standards Support and reinforce exceptional service expectations Track, analyze, and report service-related KPIs Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Skills & Qualifications: Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and operational abilities Experience in service operations and quality management Ability to analyze performance metrics and KPIs Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience in service management or related roles
