Set Up Invoice PDF to Google Sheets Automation (n8n or Make.com)

I run a small ecommerce store and get around 40 to 60 supplier invoices a month as PDF attachments in Gmail. I currently type them into a Google Sheet myself and I am tired of it. I want a simple automation set up that handles this. What I need: When an invoice PDF arrives in my Gmail inbox with a certain label, the workflow should extract the details and add a row to my existing Google Sheet. Fields I need: invoice number, supplier name, invoice date, due date, subtotal, tax, and total. I do not need individual line items for now. Most of my invoices come from the same handful of suppliers, so the layouts are fairly consistent. All are native PDFs, nothing scanned. Keep it simple. I would rather have something that works reliably on my regular suppliers than something complicated that tries to handle every case. If an invoice fails to process I just want it left in the inbox so I can see it and handle it manually. Tools: n8n or Make.com. Happy for you to use OpenAI or Claude for the extraction.
