Set up Klaviyo flows for a website that offers fabric samples

Summary

I have a website that sells window treatments. As part of the sales process, users can order free samples of fabrics. I am looking for someone to set up all of the klaviyo flows, design the emails, set up the content for the emails, etc. This is a new set up of Klaviyo. All of the relevant Klaviyo flows should be considered. Since I am new to this, I am looking for someone to ask me the right questions to make sure the business uses Klaviyo to its potential
