Set Up Postmark for WordPress / WooCommerce Transactional Emails

We are looking for an experienced email deliverability / WordPress specialist to set up Postmark for our WooCommerce website. Our website sells digital product, so reliable transactional email delivery is very important. Customers must receive order confirmations, report delivery emails, payment-related emails, and account emails without issues. The goal is to correctly configure Postmark, connect it with WordPress/WooCommerce, verify DNS authentication, test email delivery, and create a basic bounce/complaint handling process. **Website/domain:** * Platform: WordPress + WooCommerce **Tasks:** 1. Create and configure Postmark account 2. Add sending domain 3. Add and verify required DNS records: * DKIM * Return-Path * SPF check * DMARC verification or setup 4. Create a Transactional Message Stream 5. Create a Broadcast Message Stream only if needed 6. Install and configure the Postmark WordPress plugin or connect Postmark through WP Mail SMTP 7. Add the Postmark Server API token in WordPress 8. Set sender email, for example [support@...](mailto:support@...) 9. Send test emails to: * Gmail * Outlook / Hotmail * Yahoo * Our own domain email 10. Confirm SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Return-Path pass correctly 11. Test all important WooCommerce email statuses, including: * New order * Processing order * Completed order * Failed order * Refunded order * Password reset * New account * Admin new order notification 12. Set up bounce and spam complaint webhooks if technically possible 13. Create a simple suppression handling process: * What happens when an email bounces * How to check if a customer did not receive an email * How to safely resend emails 14. Monitor email delivery for the first 7 to 14 days and report any issues **Deliverables:** * Postmark account configured correctly * DNS records verified * WordPress/WooCommerce sending through Postmark * Test emails successfully delivered * Authentication check showing SPF/DKIM/DMARC pass * WooCommerce email testing completed * Bounce/complaint handling explained * Short final setup report with screenshots or notes * Validate email before payment or before sending the report - If the customer enters a wrong email, typo detection, for example gamil.com → gmail.com. **Requirements:** Please apply only if you have experience with: * Postmark * WordPress * WooCommerce transactional emails * DNS records: DKIM, SPF, DMARC, Return-Path * Email deliverability testing * SMTP/API email setup * Bounce and complaint handling Experience with WooCommerce stores or digital product delivery is a plus. **Important:** We do not want to use Postmark for cold email or spam campaigns.
