Setter & Closer Needed for Marketing Agency Serving Architects & Interior Designers ($3,000 to $6,000/month) We run a digital marketing agency helping architects and interior design firms attract more qualified clients through paid ads and automated lead systems. Our campaigns bring in consistent inbound interest, and we need someone sharp to turn that interest into booked calls and closed deals. What you'll be doing: You'll work leads that are already warm. No cold calling, no chasing people who don't want to hear from us. Your job is to follow up fast, qualify prospects, set appointments, and in some cases close the deal yourself on the call. You'll be the voice of our agency to design firm owners and principals, so professionalism and polish matter here. Who we're looking for: - Real experience setting appointments or closing sales, ideally in a B2B or service based business - Comfortable on the phone and confident having sales conversations with business owners - Organized enough to manage a pipeline without leads slipping through the cracks - Coachable. We have a system that works, and we need someone who will follow it and then help us sharpen it - Bonus if you've sold to architects, interior designers, home builders, or similar high-ticket service businesses, but not required Pay: This is a 100% commission role with earning potential of $3,000 to $6,000 per month. There's no cap. Our leads are warm and our offer converts, so this pays well for someone who can actually sell. The better you perform, the more you make, and top performers can push well past that range. Why this role: You won't be one of fifty reps buried in a call center.
