Setter Wanted For AI Tech Coaching Offer (North American based)

About Her Tech Academy Her Tech Academy helps women break into tech and freelancing using AI tools. We run a high-touch coaching program, and our enrollments come from a warm, engaged audience on Instagram and through inbound applications. We are growing and need a setter to support our closer and keep our pipeline moving. The Role You will be the first friendly point of contact for women who are curious about the program. Your job is to engage inbound leads in Instagram DMs, follow up with people who apply, qualify them, and book the right ones onto our closer's calendar. This is not cold outreach to strangers all day. You are nurturing warm, interested leads and getting the good-fit ones on a call. What you will do Respond to and nurture inbound Instagram DMs (from our content and ManyChat) Follow up with people who submit applications or opt in Qualify leads with a few simple questions to confirm they are a good fit Book qualified calls onto the closer's calendar and cut down no-shows with reminders Keep our tracker updated with lead status and notes Communicate daily with the closer and with me What we are looking for Based in North America (United States or Canada). This is required. Please do not apply if you are located outside North America. We want someone who works in our time zones and understands our audience. Fluent, natural, warm written English. You sound like a real person, not a script. Experience setting appointments, or a background in sales or customer-facing work, ideally for coaching, courses, or info products Comfortable in Instagram DMs and simple tools (Google Sheets, calendar booking, ManyChat is a plus) Organized, responsive, and consistent with follow-up Genuinely excited about helping women succeed in tech Compensation This is a commission-only role. You earn per qualified call that shows up, plus a bonus on every deal that closes from a call you booked. For example: 10% of every closed deal which can amount to $3000USD per month OTE. There's bonuses available for more. Our program sells at around $1,000, so consistent setters do very well. Part-time and flexible, roughly 10 to 20 hours per week.
