DM Setter

DM Setter (High-End Health & Fitness Coaching – Executive Clients) We are a premium health and fitness coaching company working with high-performing men over 40, including executives, business owners, and professionals who are ready to optimize their health, energy, and physique at a high level. We are currently looking to hire an experienced DM Setter to join our sales team and help book qualified sales calls through social platforms. Role Overview Your primary responsibility is to engage inbound and outbound leads via DM, build rapport quickly, qualify prospects based on set criteria, and book them into strategy calls with our closers. This is a performance-driven role focused on conversation, qualification, and appointment setting—not closing sales. You will be working closely with our coaching team in a structured, proven DM flow system. Schedule Required availability: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Must be responsive and active during peak engagement hours Immediate start preferred Compensation We are open to: Monthly base salary (depending on experience) Commission-only structure Hybrid (base + commission) What We’re Looking For Experience as a DM setter, appointment setter, or SDR Strong written communication skills (confident, concise, conversational tone) Comfortable speaking with high-income, executive-level prospects Ability to follow scripts and frameworks while also thinking critically Self-motivated and consistent—this is a high-output role Familiarity with fitness, health coaching, or high-ticket offers is a plus What You’ll Be Doing Responding to DMs and incoming leads Initiating conversations with cold/warm prospects Qualifying leads based on clear criteria (income, goals, readiness, etc.) Booking qualified prospects into sales calls Updating CRM / tracking pipeline activity Following a structured DM script system How to Apply Please include: 1.
