Setup Automated QR Code Attendance & Feedback System (Airtable + Fillout)

Project Overview: I need an automated student attendance system. Students should be able to scan a QR code at the entrance to check in and at the end of the day to check out. The Workflow: Check-In: Student scans QR code, enters their mobile number (or ID), and the system automatically identifies them from our Airtable database. Check-Out: Student scans QR code, enters mobile number, and submits a text review + a video file of their day's work. Admin Dashboard: All data must feed into an Airtable base where I can view attendance logs and watch the submitted training videos. Requirements: Must have experience with Fillout (specifically "Record Lookup" and "URL parameters"). Must have experience with Airtable database structure. You should be able to explain how to set up the mobile-number-to-profile identification flow. Budget: $15 (Fixed Price)
