SharePoint Online Consultant for Modern Communication Site

I own Five Star Hearing Center, a hearing healthcare company with four locations in Kentucky. We recently migrated from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 and are looking for an experienced SharePoint Online consultant to build a modern company intranet/portal. Our previous company portal was built in Google Sites and connected to Google Drive. We would like to recreate and improve that experience using SharePoint Online. The portal should include: Company homepage/dashboard Announcements and company news Office-specific pages (Hazard, London, Harlan, Middlesboro) Document libraries and file organization HR and payroll resources Employee directory Policies and SOPs Training resources Marketing materials Quick links to Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Forms, and other business systems Proper permissions and security groups We have already completed the Microsoft 365 migration. We need someone who can organize our existing files and build a clean, user-friendly SharePoint environment for a small business. Please include examples of SharePoint intranet or company portal projects you have completed.
