We manage a fast-growing creator brand and we're looking for one exceptional person to own our social growth across Instagram, TikTok, and X. This is not a "post three times a day and clock out" role, it's for someone with real taste and pattern-recognition who can look at 100 reels and tell me why three of them will pop. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Daily posting across IG, TikTok, and X, stories, feed, and reels (including IG trial reels to test hooks before they go wide) - Scheduling and organizing everything in Vista Social - Turning our raw content into scroll-stopping reels: hooks, captions, trending audio, timing - Growth through engagement, strategic commenting on bigger pages in our niche to pull in new audience - Spotting trends and trending audio early and moving fast - Weekly reporting on what actually matters: profile visits and link clicks, not vanity followers YOU'RE THE PERSON IF - You've grown real accounts and can show before-and-after numbers (not "I managed pages", actual growth, with timeframes) - You have taste. You know why a hook works in the first 1.5 seconds. - You're fluent in Vista Social (or a similar scheduler and razor-quick to learn) - You're self-managing, I want to hand you the goal, not the steps - You're based in South Africa with strong English (great timezone overlap for us) This is long-term.
