Sheet Music Note and Fingering Transcription

I need someone to identify the notes on 6 pages, 88 measures of sheet music and suggest the best fingering to use. For each note, I need a literal notation of the note and which finger to use for each of those notes. Please don't just use chord names, use the chord name and name the notes and fingers. This task requires attention to detail and music notation skills. While there is significant complexity to the piece, there is actually a surprising amount of repetition. I may later need additional piano instruction, but that is not necessarily a requirement for this initial task, I want to muddle through it myself and then go from there.
