Summary

We have already completed the initial ShipStation account setup, basic SKU setup, and are testing Shopify integrations. We are now looking for an experienced ShipStation/3PL specialist to review our setup and help us implement best practices for scaling our fulfillment operation. Areas where we need assistance: Review our current ShipStation configuration Best practices for onboarding clients already using another 3PL Multi-client fulfillment workflows Shipping presets and automation rules Packing slips and branded shipping documents Warehouse user permissions and workflows Inventory and bundle management recommendations Return workflows Shopify integration best practices Amazon FBA replenishment workflows Recommendations for future scalability Bonus: Experience setting up ShipStation for a supplement company or multi-client 3PL environment.
