T-Shirt Artist

Goteez produces a wide variety customized apparel from retail brands to licensed apparel for MiLB, AHL, and alumni MLB partnerships and we need an artist who can create clean, production-ready designs fast. • Produce multiple print-ready vector designs per week across Goteez sub-brands • Adapt existing brand assets into new seasonal and event-specific artwork • Collaborate with the marketing team to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality • Ensure all files are properly separated, color-matched, and prepped for screen printing • Maintain organized file libraries and version control for all active designs What you bring • Intermediate to advanced vector illustration skills (Adobe Illustrator required) • Demonstrated experience producing art at volume — you're comfortable with a queue • Strong command of typography: hierarchy, pairing, spacing, and type-as-design • Solid understanding of color theory, screen printing color separations, and PMS matching • Experience designing for branded environments — you understand that art serves the brand • A portfolio that shows range: from sports graphics to lifestyle to retail apparel Nice to have • Experience in screen printing or decorated apparel industry • Familiarity with licensed sports artwork and league brand guidelines • Basic knowledge of Photoshop for mockups and raster elements
