T-Shirt Designer Needed

Vanguard Home Care is a licensed home care agency serving seniors and families throughout Maryland. Our mission is simple: help older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes while providing peace of mind to the families who love them. We are looking for a talented graphic designer to create a series of professional, emotionally compelling t-shirt designs that will be worn by our staff, caregivers, community partners, and supporters. Project Overview We are seeking a designer who understands how to combine branding, storytelling, and marketing into apparel design. The shirts will prominently feature: • The Vanguard Home Care logo • Company phone number • Company branding elements In addition, the designs should include impactful messaging that resonates with: • Adult children caring for aging parents • Family caregivers • Individuals concerned about a loved one's safety and well-being • Community members who may know someone in need of home care services The goal is not simply to create a shirt with a logo. We want designs that start conversations, create emotional connections, and inspire people to take action when they recognize a loved one may need support. What We're Looking For • Strong graphic design skills • Experience designing apparel and merchandise • Ability to create professional, print-ready artwork • Understanding of branding and marketing psychology • Ability to develop multiple creative concepts • Experience creating designs that evoke emotion and inspire action Deliverables • Multiple t-shirt concepts for review • Front and back shirt designs • Print-ready files (AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, PDF) • Editable source files • Mockups showing how the designs will appear on actual shirts Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: • Healthcare brands • Senior care or home care organizations • Nonprofits and cause-based campaigns • Fundraising events • Community outreach campaigns To Apply Please include: 1 A brief introduction about yourself. 2 Links to your portfolio. 3 Examples of t-shirt, apparel, or merchandise designs you have created. 4 Examples of designs that incorporate a call-to-action, emotional messaging, healthcare, nonprofit, senior care, or community-focused themes. 5 Your estimated timeline for creating 3–5 initial design concepts. 6 Your rate for this project.
