Shopify Admin Expert – Back-End Management, Automations, Developments

About the Role We're looking for an experienced Shopify Admin to help manage and maintain the back-end of an Australian-based online store selling bath wear products. This is ongoing work, and we need someone who is reliable, self-sufficient, and knows Shopify inside and out. This is purely back-end work — we're not looking for a designer or developer, just someone who knows exactly how to navigate and manage a Shopify store efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Day-to-day tasks will vary but may include: Product uploads and edits Adding and managing tags and metafields Menu and navigation updates Collection setup, filters, and tags General website edits and updates Building and managing automations Problem-solving store issues as they arise What We're Looking For Proven experience managing Shopify stores (please include examples or past work) Strong understanding of Shopify's back-end — collections, metafields, menus, filters, tags Experience creating automations within Shopify (e.g. Shopify Flow or similar tools) A problem-solver who can find solutions independently without hand-holding Good communication and ability to work with minimal supervision Familiarity with Australian e-commerce is a plus but not essential Work Style This is flexible, ongoing work. Tasks will be assigned as needed, so we need someone who is responsive and can turn things around in a reasonable timeframe. You won't be micromanaged — we trust you to get the job done.
