Shopify CRO & UX Expert Needed – Complete Website Optimization (High-Level Expert Only) We are looking for a true Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expert to completely evaluate, redesign, and optimize our Shopify ecommerce website. This is not a project for a general web designer or developer. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes ecommerce conversion optimization, user experience, consumer psychology, and Shopify best practices. Our goal is simple: Increase conversion rate, reduce bounce rate, improve user experience, and maximize revenue from the traffic we already have. About Us Volition America is a premium patriotic lifestyle apparel brand that partners with Folds of Honor. A portion of every purchase helps fund educational scholarships for the families of America’s fallen and disabled military service members and first responders. We have significant traffic coming from Meta, Google, email marketing, and brand collaborations. We believe the largest opportunity is improving our website’s ability to convert visitors into customers. Approximately 65% of our traffic comes from mobile devices, so mobile-first optimization is critical. What We Need We want a complete CRO audit of the entire website followed by implementation of the recommended improvements. This includes, but is not limited to: Homepage optimization Mobile user experience Navigation improvements Collection pages Product pages Product merchandising Landing pages Cart optimization Checkout optimization Trust-building elements Calls-to-action Site messaging Information hierarchy Customer journey Site speed recommendations Bounce rate reduction Product discovery improvements Cross-selling and upselling Review strategy Search optimization Collection organization Visual hierarchy Image optimization Typography and readability Conversion-focused design improvements We are looking for someone who can identify friction throughout the shopping experience and eliminate it. Data Available You will have access to: Shopify Analytics Google Analytics Meta Ads data Google Ads data Klaviyo performance Conversion KPIs Revenue reports Existing landing pages We want decisions based on data—not opinions. Deliverables Phase 1 – Audit Provide a comprehensive CRO audit identifying: Every issue negatively impacting conversions Every source of friction Every missed conversion opportunity Prioritized recommendations based on expected impact Phase 2 – Implementation Implement the approved recommendations directly within Shopify, ensuring the site performs at a best-in-class level. This includes redesigning and optimizing: Homepage Collection pages Product pages Navigation Mobile experience Conversion paths Checkout flow Our expectation is that the website is left in significantly better condition than when the project began. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has: Extensive Shopify CRO experience Proven experience increasing ecommerce conversion rates Strong UX/UI design skills Deep understanding of consumer psychology Mobile-first design expertise Experience with A/B testing Knowledge of heat maps, session recordings, and user behavior analysis Strong analytical skills Excellent communication Experience with apparel brands is a plus.
