Who We Are: We sell complete DIY shed Project Packs: professional plans plus every piece of hardware — every screw, bracket, and hinge — picked and engineered for each design. Our customers just add lumber. Positioning: "Done For You — Just Add Lumber." Company Current Size: We're a growing e-commerce brand (mid 5-figures monthly revenue) with email marketing live, an organic YouTube channel, an approved Google Merchant Center, and paid ads launching next quarter. Before we scale traffic, we need our Shopify store redesigned to maximize conversion. The funnel you're building: a homeowner sees the shed they want, then is walked through why the complete Project Pack is the obvious way to get it. The conversion weight sits on the Project Pack product page — anchor pricing (plans-only vs. complete pack), exploded contents list as proof of the work we've done for them, and the time/money math (one box on your porch vs. four hardware store trips). We currently have 6 designs, scaling to 100+ dfferent shed designs over the next 12 months but we have to nail our conversion prior to scaling. Scope: Conversion audit with prioritized hypothesis roadmap Homepage — communicate "Done For You — Just Add Lumber" in 5 seconds and route to designs Collection page — works at 6 designs and at 60; filter UI designed but dormant; tagging/metafield taxonomy (size, style, use-case, skill level) set up now Project Pack product page (the money page) One paid-traffic landing page template, no-nav, matched to ad messaging Mobile-first, Core Web Vitals pass Requirements: Native sections/blocks and metafields so our non-technical team manages all content from the customizer — no developer needed for products, images, or blog (this is an acceptance criterion) Minimal app stack; justify every app Documented handoff with walkthrough video Measurement plan (events, funnels) for our paid ads team 2-week post-launch iteration window 3–4 hours daily overlap with US business hours for milestone reviews Structure: fixed price, four funded milestones — audit (20%), design approval (30%), build on staging (30%), launch + handoff (20%). Timeline: 6–9 weeks. Shortlisted candidates get a paid audit trial ($300–$600) before we award the full project.
