If you take pride in flawless accuracy and love the satisfaction of a clean backend, you will excel here. About the Role Our new wholesale website is built, and the developer is waiting for the data. This project begins with an intensive 5-to-7-week data cleanup to hit this milestone cleanly, with the opportunity to transition into long-term backend maintenance and operational support as we scale. Key Responsibilities • Data Cleanup & Migration: Export inventory data from QuickBooks and map it into Shopify’s strict product CSV template with total consistency. • Variant & Wholesale Structuring: Group jewelry variants (metals, sizes, styles) into parent/child rows. Format wholesale pricing, MOQs, and case packs per the developer's specs. • Image & SKU Matching: Verify that our properly titled photo files match the corresponding CSV rows and SKUs line-by-line. Required Tech Skills • Shopify CSV Expertise: Deep understanding of Shopify's spreadsheet logic (Handles, Variant SKUs) to ensure a zero-error import. • Spreadsheet Mastery: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills cleaning & formatting data sets efficiently.
