Shopify Collective Store Setup and Management

About Us At Acme, we operate an Offseason collective store — a curated marketplace that resells products directly from other Shopify stores. We don’t hold our own inventory; instead, we leverage Shopify Collective to seamlessly connect with partner brands and bring their products to our customers. We’re looking for an experienced Shopify expert to help us set up, optimize, and manage our collective store. ⸻ Responsibilities • Set up and configure our Shopify store to integrate smoothly with Shopify Collective. • Enable partner stores to easily share their inventory with us. • Ensure a streamlined checkout process where we handle payments on our end. • Set up automated email notifications to partner stores when a sale is made. • Optimize store performance, UX, and backend workflows for a seamless experience. • Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting, integrations, and store improvements. ⸻ Requirements • Proven experience with Shopify setup, customization, and integrations. • Deep understanding of Shopify Collective or multi-store inventory sharing. • Experience setting up automations (e.g., order notifications, payment handling, fulfillment workflows). • Strong grasp of Shopify APIs, apps, and backend systems. • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in solving technical and operational challenges.
