Shopify Content Migration & SEO Data Entry Specialist (300 Pages)

Job Title: Shopify Content Migration & SEO Data Entry Specialist (300 Pages) We are looking for a detail-oriented Shopify content specialist to help update a new Shopify website before launch. The project involves transferring and updating content from our current live website to a new Shopify website, ensuring all pages are correctly set up and ready for launch. Responsibilities: • Update approximately 300 Shopify pages, products, collections and/or blog pages • Copy and format existing content from the current live website into the new Shopify website • Update SEO page titles and meta descriptions based on the existing website • Ensure headings (H1, H2, H3), formatting, images and links are correctly transferred • Check pages for missing content, formatting issues or inconsistencies • Follow provided instructions and maintain consistency across all pages • Perform basic quality checks before completion Requirements: • Previous experience using Shopify admin • Understanding of SEO basics, including meta titles and meta descriptions • High attention to detail • Ability to work accurately on repetitive tasks • Experience with website content updates or content migration • Basic understanding of HTML formatting is preferred Project Details: • Approximately 300 pages to complete • The new website is not currently live • All content references will be provided from the existing live website • Work can be completed remotely • Must provide regular progress updates Please include details of your Shopify experience and examples of similar content migration or website update projects you have completed.
