The Glow Beauty Shop is a curated Korean beauty destination on Shopify for the USA market, featuring high-demand K-beauty skincare brands. www.theglowbeautyshop.com We currently receive 1,000 visitors/month, but conversion rate is under 1%. We will be restocking inventory of 30 more skus in the next 30 to 60 days and need this role filled. Role We are seeking a Shopify CRO + Growth Specialist responsible for increasing ecommerce sales through CRO, funnel optimization, and lifecycle revenue growth. Every action must lead to: - Higher conversion rates - Higher average order value (AOV) - Higher revenue per visitor (RPV) Success Metrics - Current CVR: 1% - Target CVR: 4–5% - Target AOV: $65–$80 - Target Cart Abandonment: you tell us! - Target Repeat Purchase Rate: you tell us! Goals 1. Product Page CRO - Optimize PDPs for CVR and add-to-cart - Improve CTAs, layout, messaging, visuals, urgency - Rewrite copy for benefits and emotional triggers 2. Funnel Optimization - Optimize product → cart → checkout → purchase - Identify and fix drop-offs - Reduce friction across checkout flow 3. Trust Signals - Implement reviews, ratings, testimonials, guarantees - Place trust at key conversion points 4. Analytics (GA4 + Shopify + Heatmaps) - Analyze drop-offs, scroll depth, clicks - Convert insights into revenue actions - Track CVR, AOV, RPV, revenue 5. AOV Optimization - Build bundles and routine-based offers - Add upsells and cross-sells 6. Mobile CRO - Optimize mobile PDP and checkout - Improve speed under 3 seconds 7. A/B Testing - Run 5+ tests per month - Only scale tests that increase revenue 8. Lifecycle Revenue - Post-purchase flows (Klaviyo) - Replenishment + win-back systems 9. Reporting - CVR, AOV, RPV, revenue, abandonment - No vanity metrics Provide a deep sales audit (conversion and life cycle revenue) - Identify PDP leaks - Fix cart abandonment issues - Improve mobile conversion - Build lifecycle revenue systems 30-Day Plan Days 1–7: Audit + funnel analysis Days 7–14: CRO fixes + quick wins Days 15–22: A/B testing Days 23–30: lifecycle revenue build Required Experience - +2% CVR lift - +25% AOV increase - -15% abandonment reduction - Beauty/DTC experience preferred How to Apply 1. What are the three most important metrics you track every week to measure CRO progress? 3. Which Shopify and GA4 reports do you use to find where customers are dropping off before they buy? 4.
