Shopify Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist & Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Shopify CRO Specialist & Developer to help us improve the performance of our fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand, Free The Sheep. This is not just a development role. We need someone who understands how design, user experience, landing pages, testing, and development work together to drive profitable growth. Our Main Goals: Your work should directly contribute to: -Reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by improving conversion rates -Increasing Average Order Value (AOV) through better offers, bundles, upsells, and customer journeys -Increasing overall website conversion rate -Improving the performance of paid traffic, particularly Meta and Google -Creating a faster and more systematic process for launching and testing new landing pages What We’re Looking For: -Strong experience with Shopify development and CRO -Proven experience designing and developing high-converting landing pages -Experience working with DTC/e-commerce brands -A strong understanding of conversion psychology, UX, and mobile-first design -Experience with A/B testing and using data to make decisions -Understanding of key e-commerce metrics, including CVR, CAC, AOV, ROAS, and revenue per visitor -Ability to both recommend CRO improvements and actually implement them -Strong design instincts with a focus on performance, not just aesthetics Ideal Candidate: We’re especially interested in someone who has worked with high-growth DTC brands and can show specific examples of how their work improved conversion rate, reduced CAC, or increased AOV.
