Hi there! I'm looking for an honest, hardworking Shopify Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is customer support focused, and you will be handling customer service tasks daily. However, this is not a customer support-only role. I will also ask you to help with general virtual assistant tasks depending on business needs. You will be working as part of a team, alongside three other customer support team members, so being able to communicate well, follow processes, and work collaboratively is very important. Please answer all of the questions below carefully. 1. How long have you been doing Shopify customer service, and what is the largest daily order volume you have handled? 2. How many active Upwork contracts do you currently have, and roughly how many hours per week are you working across all of them? 3. What are your available working hours, and what time zone are you in? 4. If a client messages you urgently, what is your typical response time during your working hours? 5. A customer emails saying they never received their order, but the tracking shows it was delivered. Walk me through exactly what you would do and what you would say to them. 6. When applying for this role, start with the word 'yellow'. 7. Have you ever worked with Gorgias or any other helpdesk software? If yes, which ones and for how long? 8. Have you ever dealt with a chargeback or PayPal dispute? What was your process? 9. Describe a time a customer was genuinely angry or upset. What did you do and how did it end? What is the one thing that makes you different from the hundreds of other VAs applying for this job right now? Be specific - do not give a generic answer.
