Shopify Customer Support Assistant SAV – Medium/Long-Term Project

We are looking for a serious, organized, and reliable person to manage the customer service / customer support for our Shopify store. We are starting to receive customer messages and need someone available for at least 3 hours per day to respond clearly, professionally, and quickly. The main tasks will include: Replying to customer messages, following our customer service process, using our response templates, handling requests related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, or product questions, and ensuring proper customer follow-up. Sometimes, replies will need to be written in a language other than French. Therefore, the person must be comfortable using ChatGPT / AI tools to generate clean, natural, and well-adapted responses for each customer. In addition, the person will also need to communicate with our supplier team for certain requests related to orders or deliveries. This point will be explained in detail in an explanatory file. We already have an organization in place, with explanatory files, detailed instructions, response templates, and a clear process to follow. Everything will be provided to quickly understand our working method. The project is more medium / long term. We are looking for someone consistent, responsive, able to follow instructions, and ideally with previous experience in customer support, Shopify, or e-commerce.
