Shopify Customer Support & Operations Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Shopify Customer Support & Operations Specialist to join our team long-term. You'll handle customer emails, order management, refunds, returns, and daily operational tasks while delivering excellent customer experiences. ## Responsibilities * Respond to customer emails professionally and empathetically * Manage orders, refunds, returns, and shipping inquiries * Handle Shopify and PayPal disputes * Communicate with suppliers when needed * Perform basic admin and data entry tasks * Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency * Suggest process improvements when you identify them ## Requirements * Experience with Shopify customer support * Familiar with Freshdesk, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar helpdesk tools * Excellent written English * Experience handling disputes, complaints, and chargebacks * Organized, reliable, and able to work independently * Comfortable using AI tools in daily work ## To Apply Please include: 1.
