Shopify Designer / CRO Specialist for Fast-Growing CPG Wellness Brand

We are looking for an experienced Shopify designer and conversion rate optimization specialist to help improve, test, and scale our direct-response landing pages and Shopify store. We are a fast-growing consumer wellness brand in the CPG/supplement space, and we are looking for someone who has worked with brands that are actively scaling through paid media, especially Meta, TikTok, advertorials, listicles, product landing pages, subscription offers, and direct-response funnels. This is not a basic Shopify theme editing role. We need someone who understands how to design pages that convert cold traffic. What You’ll Be Working On You will help us improve and build: Shopify landing pages Product detail pages Advertorial/listicle-style pages Offer pages for subscriptions, bundles, and starter kits Mobile-first sales pages CRO-focused sections, comparison tables, testimonials, FAQs, review blocks, sticky ATC, etc. A/B testing ideas and page iterations based on paid media performance What We’re Looking For You should have strong experience with: Shopify design and landing page builds Conversion rate optimization for ecommerce brands Working with CPG, supplement, beauty, wellness, food/beverage, or similar consumer brands Mobile-first design Direct-response layouts Landing pages built for Meta/TikTok cold traffic Understanding customer objections and improving page flow Creating pages that balance premium branding with strong sales psychology Shopify apps, custom sections, page builders, or theme customization Ideally, you have worked with brands doing serious volume and understand what is needed when a brand is trying to scale from early traction to higher paid media spend. Important We are not looking for someone who only makes pages “look nice.” We need someone who can think through: Why a customer is not converting What objections need to be handled What sections need to be moved, added, or removed How to improve above-the-fold conversion How to make the offer clearer How to improve trust, urgency, and perceived value How to make the page stronger for paid traffic Requirements Please only apply if you can show examples of Shopify/ecommerce pages you have designed or improved.
