Shopify Developer (Liquid / HTML / CSS)

We're looking for a reliable Shopify developer to help us build and maintain our product landing pages, home page, and checkout page. This is ongoing, hands-on theme work — the ideal person can take a brief or mockup and turn it into clean, working pages without much hand-holding. Use of AI for coding is fine, but real coding experience is a must, and you should already understand how Shopify themes are structured behind the scenes. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Creating and modifying parts of our product landing pages (this is the main work) * Keeping our home page and checkout page updated and modifying them as needed * Writing and maintaining clean CSS, HTML, and Liquid within our theme * Implementing designs and layouts accurately from briefs, mockups, or supplied assets * Creating and adjusting theme sections, blocks, and settings so pages stay easy to update * Ensuring everything is responsive and displays correctly across browsers and devices * Troubleshooting layout, rendering, and theme issues as they come up * Keeping the codebase tidy, consistent, and maintainable WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Solid experience with Liquid, HTML, and CSS * Good grasp of responsive design and cross-browser behaviour * Experience with Shopify custom/premium themes * Able to translate a design or brief into working pages independently * Detail-oriented — you notice when spacing, alignment, or breakpoints are off, and you fix them * Self-directed and reliable in a remote, part-time setup DETAILS * Part-time, 20–30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling * Based in Europe or a European-overlapping timezone preferred, for easy collaboration * Fully remote TO APPLY Send a short note on your Shopify experience, plus links to stores or pages you've built (live URLs or code samples both welcome).
