Shopify Developer Needed (Custom Coding & Ongoing Shopify Development)

We're looking for an experienced Shopify developer for custom theme development and ongoing Shopify work. This project includes tasks across two Shopify stores, and we're hoping to build a long-term relationship if everything goes well. ## Project 1 – FirstWatchDepot ### Task 1: Fix Product Variant Image Switching We're experiencing an issue with products that have **dual-color variants**. Example: https://www.firstwatchdepot.com/products/flotation-coat-uscg?variant=42355240501359 Current issue: * Single-color variants work correctly. * For dual-color variants (e.g. Orange/Black), selecting the variant does **not** switch to the correct product image. * The same issue exists on several other products with two-color variants. It appears the custom image-switching code was only partially implemented for these dual-color variants. **Goal:** * Fix the image switching logic. * Ensure all color variants (including multi-color options) display the correct images. * Apply the fix across all affected products. --- ### Task 2: Automatic Random Discount Code Email We would like to build a promotion page where customers receive a **unique random discount code** after submitting a form. Page: https://www.firstwatchdepot.com/pages/from-agency-promo Desired workflow: * Customer fills out the form. * System automatically generates or selects an unused discount code. * The customer immediately receives the code via email. * Each customer should receive a different code (no duplicate usage if possible). * Shopify discount codes already exist (or we can upload a list if needed). We're open to the best implementation (Shopify Flow, custom app, API, etc.). --- ## Project 2 – AwesomeXGear We'd like to build a **custom bundle selector** on our product pages. We've tested multiple Shopify apps, but none can fully achieve the functionality we need. One app developer even confirmed that it isn't possible using their app alone.
