Shopify Developer for Event Sales

We run a premium annual events brand with a Shopify-based ticketing site. We need a reliable part-time Shopify freelancer particularly around our annual event rollover, theme updates, and SEO. Roughly 5–10 hours/month, more in the run-up to our event season (Oct–Dec). What You'll Be Doing • Annual product rollover — duplicating ticket products and collections from the previous year, updating dates, pricing, descriptions, tags, inventory, and publishing at the right time • Theme management — updating banners, pages, and sections via the Theme Editor; fixing minor display issues • SEO implementation — updating meta titles, descriptions, URL handles, alt text, and redirects when we supply the copy • General maintenance — navigation updates, new pages, image uploads, blog posts What We Need • Strong Shopify experience — you know the platform properly, not just the basics • Experience with event, ticketing, or hospitality sites specifically — event product structures differ from standard e-commerce, linking to apps • Comfortable in both the Theme Editor and code (Liquid, HTML, CSS) • Understands Shopify collections, tags, automated vs manual conditions, and product publishing • Reliable and independent — we give direction, you execute without hand-holding • Responds within 24 hours on weekdays Not What We're Looking For • Agencies or teams — we want one consistent person • Someone who needs to learn Shopify on the job • A full redesign — the site works, it just needs managing To Apply Send a short message with: • Your Shopify experience, especially on event or hospitality sites • Links to stores you've managed or built • Your availability and rate (hourly or monthly retainer) • One specific improvement you'd make to a Shopify event ticketing setup That last point matters — we want someone with a genuine point of view, not just someone who follows instructions.
